FollowUps is a public-interest initiative dedicated to assisting individuals who continue to suffer online stigma despite being acquitted by a competent court. Many acquitted persons lose employment opportunities, face harassment, and endure social isolation due to outdated or defamatory digital content that never gets corrected.
Your contribution helps us provide free or subsidised legal assistance, research, public awareness, workshops, and follow-up actions for individuals who cannot afford representation.
Many acquitted individuals cannot afford litigation, de-indexing or notices. Your support helps them receive fair, dignified, and lawful assistance.
Donations help us create educational content, awareness videos, and follow-up campaigns for responsible digital reporting.
Each case requires research, drafting, evidence collection, and continuous follow-ups. Donations help sustain our operational and research work.
FollowUps offers confidential support, intake assessment, documentation guidance, and takedown request drafting for those in genuine need.
